Refund Policy

Steadfast Coaching services is committed to providing each customer with exceptional services.

Due to the nature of this business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 7 days full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase, provided you complete 3 courses.

The only requirement to avail a refund is to complete 3 courses 100% - Career Clarity Formula, Career Interest Blueprint, and Vocational Education Intensive,

In case customer have already availed services of 1 to 1 session with any of our coach and completed the Psychometric Assessment, the company will not be able to process the refund. In this case customer will have understand and respect the refund policy decided by Management.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product and above criteria is fulfilled, you may FILL THIS REFUND REQUEST FORM within 7 days of the purchase and qualify for the refund.

The refund will be processed, after the processing fee deductions.
